Vivo V60e launching in India Soon with 200MP camera, Dimensity 7400 SoC, 6500mAh Battery
Vivo has officially confirmed the launch of its latest mid-range smartphone in the V60 series, the Vivo V60e in India soon, the successor to the V50e introduced earlier this year. The company revealed that the V60e will be its first smartphone priced under ₹40,000 to feature a 200MP main camera.
This sensor supports 30x super zoom and comes with OIS, while the secondary 8MP sensor uses an ultra-wide lens. On the front, the device will sport a 50MP eye autofocus camera, complemented by vivo’s Aura Light and what the company is calling India’s first “AI Festival Portrait” feature.
For durability, the V60e is rated IP68/IP69 for water and dust resistance. It also features a Comprehensive Cushioning Structure, Diamond Shield Glass protection, and packs a large 6500mAh battery with 90W fast charging.
On the display side, the phone is expected to carry forward the 6.77-inch 120Hz 3D curved AMOLED screen with a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits, while upgrading from the Dimensity 7300 SoC to the newer Dimensity 7400 SoC.
The V60e will be offered in Elite Purple and Noble Gold colour options. An accidental Flipkart listing, spotted by tipster Paras Guglani, suggests an MRP of ₹34,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant. The actual launch price is expected to start at ₹29,999, with the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB models likely priced at ₹31,999 and ₹33,999, respectively.
The smartphone will be available via Flipkart, vivo’s official online store, and offline retail outlets, with launch offers expected to include up to a 10% instant discount.
