HONOR Watch X5 launched with 1.97-inch AMOLED display, GPS, 5ATM + IP68 water and dust resistance

HONOR has expanded its smartwatch portfolio in China with the introduction of the HONOR Watch X5, launched alongside the HONOR 500 series. The smartwatch sports a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with an 82% screen-to-body ratio, 1.8mm slim bezels, 2.5D curved glass, and a 60Hz refresh rate. Features like Raise-to-Wake and Always-On Display ensure quick access to information, while multiple watch faces offer ample personalization.

The watch features an ultra-thin aluminum alloy body, measuring just 9.99mm at its thinnest point and weighing 29g. It includes a multifunctional single-sided button supporting long press, short press, and rotating crown actions. The liquid silicone strap is soft, comfortable, and equipped with a quick-release system for easy replacement. HONOR claims up to 14 days of battery life with typical use.

The Watch X5 comes with 120 sports modes and carries 5ATM + IP68 ratings for water and dust resistance. It also features a barometer, compass, and built-in GPS for precise outdoor tracking and route recording. Fitness capabilities include an AI-driven fat reduction program, personalized weight management, professional workout and stretching guidance, real-time voice feedback, and post-exercise stretching support.

For health monitoring, the smartwatch offers all-day tracking, sleep analysis, one-tap health checks, and women’s health features. Connectivity options include Bluetooth calling, NFC, transit card simulation, remote camera control, Do Not Disturb mode, one-click SOS, a Pomodoro timer, and various mini entertainment apps.
