HMD Global announces its first phones, the Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual-SIM

HMD Global, the company that will be making Android smartphones under the Nokia brand name has just launched its first phone. Nokia started out with feature phones and it's apt that HMD is bringing the Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual-SIM to the fold.

Both feature phones come with a large 2.4-inch (320x240 pixels) display running on Nokia Series 30+ software. The Nokia 150 also has FM Radio and MP3 Player which can be used to play songs stored in the microSD card on the device. The phone also comes preloaded with some games, Snake Xenzia and Nitro Racing by Gameloft.

You also get a VGA camera at the back of the phone and LED flash. There is a separate LED Torchlight here as well. But feature phones have always been about great battery life and ease of use. The interface would be familiar to anyone who has used a Nokia phone earlier be it the Nokia 105, Nokia 216 or the Nokia 230. There's a 1020 mAh battery which takes care of the rest with a slated time of 22 hours talk time and a whopping 31 days on standby.

The Nokia 150 and Nokia 150 Dual-SIM have been priced at $26 or EUR 26 (Rs. 1750) and would be available in Q1 2017 in APAC, IMEA and Europe in a choice or black or white color.
