ZUK Z2 Official: Snapdragon 820, 4GB RAM under Rs. 20000?
Lenovo ZUK Z2 is now official with 5-inch 1080p running on the Snapdragon 820 SoC with 4GB RAM and Android Marshmallow based ZUI 2.0 priced at CNY 1799 (about $270 or Rs. 18000.)
ZUK Z2 was launched today in China featuring a 5.0-inch 1080p LTPS display with 2.5D curved glass on top running on the flagship Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor with 4GB RAM and 64GB of non-expandable storage. There's a front-facing fingerprint sensor here just like the ZUK Z1 which also behaves as the home button and according to the company can unlock a device under 0.1 seconds.
At 8.5mm thickness and 149 grams in weight, the ZUK Z2 is quite svelte and shouldn't be bulky even though it packs a massive 3500 mAh battery inside.
Shutterbugs needs not worry as ZUK has packed a 13MP f/2.0 ISOCELL rear camera here with PDAF and Electronic Image Stabilization capable of recording 4K videos. There is an 8MP front-facing f/2.0 camera here too with a wide-angle lens to get more people in. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G LTE support, dual-band WiFiac, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS with GLONASS and USB Type-C port with support for Quick Charge 3.0. There is a wireless charger on offer as well which needs a charging cover to be used with the ZUK Z2 and needs to be purchased separately priced at CNY 299 (about $45 or Rs. 3000).
