YU Yunicorn launched in India at Rs. 12999 with 4GB RAM
YU Yunicorn was launched in India today priced at Rs. 12999 running on the Helio P10 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM.
The YU Yunicorn has an all metal build with a 4000 mAh battery in a 8.15mm thin shell. You have a 13MP rear camera here, alongwith a 5MP front facing camera. You have a 5.5-inch 1080p display up front with 2.5D curved glass up front and 450 nit brightness. Although you have on-screen buttons here but there is a physical home button which doubles up as the fingerprint sensor.
There's ample amount of storage with 32GB onboard which can be expanded with the hybrid microSD card slot. Connectivity options include dual-SIM 4G LTE support, WiFi, Bluetooth, FM Radio, GPS.
YU Televentures also announced its own UDIO wallet integration with the Yunicorn which allows you to pay bills, recharge your device. Around YU 2.0 was also showcased at the event which can now help with doctor consultation with video chat.
The Yu Yunicorn has been priced at Rs. 12999 for the first month on Flipkart and will later retail for Rs. 13499. Registrations for the first sale are now open which will be conducted on June 7th. You will be able to choose from rush silver, graphite and a limited edition rush gold color. The company also plans to sell the Yunicorn offline after a month of online sales.
