Update - TECNO has officially confirmed that the POVA CURVE 5G smartphone will launch in India on May 29. The teaser reveals the device in Black and Silver color options and confirms key features, including a 64MP primary rear camera paired with a secondary sensor. TECNO has also announced that the phone will feature a curved AMOLED display.

For enhanced connectivity, the POVA CURVE 5G will support 5G++, VoWiFi Dual Pass, and an Intelligent Signal Hub System, all aimed at delivering an optimized network experience.

Earlier - TECNO has begun teasing the upcoming launch of its next smartphone featuring a curved display, the TECNO POVA CURVE 5G set to debut in India soon. The teaser also highlights Ella AI, TECNO’s new AI suite, which will introduce features like Multilingual Support, AI Call Assistant, AI Auto Answer, and AI Voiceprint Noise Suppression. Ella AI will be integrated into HiOS 15, based on Android 15, which will come pre-installed on the POVA CURVE 5G.

A previous teaser showcased the phone’s sleek design, a noticeable camera bump, and some elements of the rear panel styling. The device was recently spotted on the Google Play Console, confirming a Full HD+ (1080 x 2436) curved display, Android 15, and 8GB of RAM.

It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC (MT6978)—details further validated by a Geekbench listing. The POVA CURVE 5G is expected to launch later in May 2025 and will be sold exclusively on Flipkart. More information, including the official launch date, is expected soon.
