Sony Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3 Compact to launch in India today

Sony has scheduled an event in Delhi today, where the Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z3 Compact will be formally launched in India. The Xperia Z3, company's current flagship comes with a 5.2-inch 1080p Triluminous display and is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU and 3 GB RAM. There's the same 20.7 MP camera we saw with the previous-gen Xperia Z1 alongwith a 2.2 MP front-camera. There's a healthy 3100 mAh battery and 16 GB of expandable storage.

The Xperia Z3 Compact is just a smaller Z3 with the same specs but a smaller 4.6-inch HD 720p display, 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 and 2GB RAM. The same 20.7 MP primary camera, 2.2 MP front-camera also find a place here. The battery is smaller at 2600 mAh but storage remains same at 16 GB which too is expandable.
