Samsung Galaxy S5 might feature 5-inch+ 2560x1440 display, suggests leaked Samsung Display presentation.
Samsung loves giant smartphones, and well so do we if the sales of the Galaxy Note 3 have anything to say about it. Now a leaked Samsung Display presentation suggests that the Galaxy S5 will have a 5-inch plus display with a resolution of 2560x1440. It will be based on Samsung's flexible Super AMOLED tech YOUM, which will make the display unbreakable. The leaked presentation shows on slide 11 (featured below) that Samsung intends to reach 560PPI in 2014 and the Galaxy S4 will be flagship carrying the first of such displays.
The display on the yet-to-be-announced Samsung Galaxy S5 is being pegged at around 5.3-inch with what is being called WQHD resolution and like Samsung other's may follow suit as well. At this point though, not much else is known about Samsung's next flagship, lets just hope it doesn't come with a faux leather backcover.
