Nokia Lumia 1520 is now finally available, France gets its hands on first.
Nokia's first phablet, the Lumia 1520 featuring a 6-inch 1080p display running the latest Windows Phone 8 update is now finally on sale in Europe, beginning with France. Later this week, the Lumia 1520 will makes its way to Italy, Hong Kong, Russia and the United States. The Lumia 1520 will cost $549 in the US and will be available at AT&T for $199 on a 2-year contract. Regional prices will differ.
If you weren't following recent Windows Phone news, then just to give you a heads-up, the Lumia 1520 features a 6-inch Full HD display and runs on a quad-core 2.26 GHz Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB RAM. However, as with almost every Lumia flagship, the main attraction is the camera. Same is true for the 1520 as well, which features a 20MP PureView camera with Optical Image Stabilization or OIS. For the price you get 32 GB of internal storage which is expandable though the microSD card slot.
