Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) and Galaxy J7 (2016) launched in India for Rs. 13,990 and Rs. 15,990
Just as expected, Samsung Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 2016 variants are now official in India. Both the new metal-clad Galaxy J 2016 series smartphones will be available from Flipkart starting tomorrow 10th May.
Both phones sport a metal frame, super AMOLED displays and Android Marshmallow with large batteries. The Galaxy J5 2016 comes with a 5.2-inch 720p HD display and runs on the Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor with 2GB RAM, 16GB storage which is expandable. There's a 13MP rear camera here as well which uses a f/1.9 aperture lens, same as last time to get more light into the sensor for better image quality and also better low-light imaging.
The 2016 Galaxy J7 gets a major upgrade in terms of performance, display, battery-life and build as well. You now have an Exynos 7870 running the show here with 2GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage and a massive 3300 mAh battery. It also has the same camera combination at 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-camera both with f/1.9 aperture lens.

The Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016) has been priced at Rs. 13,990 and will be available in white, black, gold colors on Flipkart starting May 10th while the Galaxy J7 (2016) will come in at Rs. 15,990 also available in white, black, gold colors. There are some exciting offers in store as well.
Samsung has really stepped up the game with its recent offerings. Motorola is set to launch the Moto G4 with similar specs just a couple of weeks from now and its going to be tall task to match upto the Samsung juggernaut.
