Samsung Galaxy J3 Pro goes official with 2GB RAM, Snapdragon 410
Samsung has made the Galaxy J3 Pro official in China, packing 2GB RAM running on the quad-core 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC.
The Galaxy J3 Pro is a souped-up version of the Galaxy J3 which was launched in India back in March. The new pro variant comes with a 5-inch 720p HD Super AMOLED display, packing 2GB RAM, 16GB onboard storage running the Snapdragon 410 quad-core processor with Adreno 306 GPU.
It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and comes with improved cameras. You now have a f/2.2 8MP rear camera capable of recording 1080p videos and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies.

There is support for dual-SIM card slots on the Galaxy J3 Pro with a separate microSD card slot. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, FM Radio alongwith NFC. Powering everything here is a 2600 mAh battery.
The previous Galaxy J3 came with a much inferior processor and just 1.5GB RAM. Moreover, the design has received a refresh as well. The Galaxy J3 Pro has been priced at CNY 990 in China (around $150 or Rs. 10,000) and would be available through China Telecom. At present there is no word on international availability.
