Realme Teases Smartphone with battery Bigger than 10,000mAh to be launched on August 27 globally

Realme introduced a concept smartphone with a massive 10,000mAh silicon-anode battery back in May, measuring just 8.5mm thick and weighing 212 grams. Now, the company has released a new teaser with the tagline “THE BIGGEST JUST GOT EVEN BIGGER.”

realme hinted that it is once again ready to push the boundaries. At last year’s 828 Fan Festival, the brand showcased its 320W SuperSonic Charge technology, capable of fully charging a 4,420mAh battery in just 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

The latest teaser video features Chase Xu, Vice President of realme and President of Global Marketing, using a visual magnification metaphor to highlight the growing demand for larger batteries. The clip ends with the phrase “1x000mAh,” hinting at a breakthrough capacity — potentially 12,000mAh or more — to meet consumers’ need for extended battery life.

Xu further teased on social media: “Battery limits broken—again. Finally meets my standards! But how big, exactly? August 27, you’ll see.”

More details are expected in the coming days, ahead of the official unveiling next Wednesday.
