Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 4nm process launched with 36% faster CPU, 59% improved GPU performance

Snapdragon 6s Gen 4 launch global.

Qualcomm has unveiled the Snapdragon 6s Gen 4, its latest mid-range 5G chipset and the successor to last year’s Snapdragon 6s Gen 3. This new SoC marks a significant upgrade, built on a 4nm process node — a first for the 6s series — delivering up to 36% better CPU performance and 59% faster GPU speeds compared to its predecessor.

It also introduces Snapdragon Elite Gaming features such as Variable Rate Shading and Qualcomm Game Quick Touch, along with enhanced camera support for up to 200MP photos and 2K video recording. Additional highlights include Wi-Fi 6E connectivity and support for 144Hz FHD+ displays.
