Xiaomi has started rolling out MIUI 8 Global Beta ROM for the Redmi Note 2 and Mi 4i. The company had started rolling out MIUI 8 6.7.5 to several devices on July 11th including the Redmi 2, Mi Max, Redmi Note 3G, Redmi Note 4G and Redmi Note Prime.

Asus has just announced a new variant of the Zenfone 3 Deluxe which runs on the Snapdragon 821 quad-core processor. This makes Zenfone 3 Deluxe the first smartphone in world to run on Snapdragon 821 chipset. Then there's also 6GB RAM/256GB storage.

Samsung has launched two new smartphones in India, the Galaxy On5 Pro and Galaxy On7 Pro starting at Rs. 9190. The Galaxy On5 Pro improves on the last-gen On5 with double the storage at 16GB and half a gig more RAM at 2GB.

Samsung has launched the Galaxy On7 Pro and On5 Pro in India. The larger of the bunch, Galaxy On7 Pro comes with a 5.5-inch 720p HD TFT display and runs on Android Marshmallow priced at Rs. 11190.

Just a couple of days ago Samsung launched Galaxy J2 (2016) in India with a couple of neat features. First is Smart Glow notification ring at the back and then there's something less tangible, but equally impressive, TST or Turbo Speed Technology.

Huawei has started rolling out Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for Honor 5X which also brings EMUI 4.0. There are a lot of improvements in performance and you also have Doze mode for better battery-life, app permissions and native fingerprint support.

Samsung Galaxy J2 (2016) has been launched in India at an event in Bangalore, the phone comes with innovative Smart Glow notifications which allow for customized colors based on apps. It has been priced at Rs. 9750 and will be available July 10th.

Samsung has launched its Mi Max competitor in India, the Galaxy J Max with an even bigger 7-inch display. The Galaxy J Max has been priced at Rs. 13400 and will be available at the end of July.
