Xiaomi and Google are staying true to their promise, and the Mi A1 is getting its first taste of Android 8.0 Oreo. Google has started rolling out Android 8.0 Oreo beta update to the Xiaomi Mi A1, its new Android One smartphone in India.

Xiaomi has just announced the Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus in China. The budget Android Redmi 5 comes with a 5.7-inch HD+ 18:9 full-screen display, with Snapdragon 450 octa-core processor and the larger Redmi 5 Plus packs in a 5.99-inch FHD+ display.

OnePlus has collaborated with Disney (LucasArts) to launch a Limited Edition Star Wars OnePlus 5T. On Saturday, the company has showcased the device as a third-anniversary edition at the Comic-Con event in Bengaluru, India.
