OPPO Reno15, Reno15 Pro mini and Reno15 Pro launched in India Starting From Rs. 45,999 with up to 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED LTPO display, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4/Dimensity 8450 SoC

OPPO has launched its latest smartphones in the Reno15 series, the OPPO Reno15, Reno15 Pro Mini, and Reno15 Pro in India, as previously announced. The Reno15 features a 6.59-inch display, the Pro Mini comes with a 6.32-inch screen, and the Pro model sports a larger 6.83-inch panel — all using 1.5K resolution AMOLED displays.

The Reno15 Pro Mini and Reno15 Pro are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 chipset, while the standard Reno15 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 SoC. All three devices feature an AI-powered cooling system for improved thermal management.

Design -

The Reno15 series introduces OPPO’s new HoloFusion Technology, a design innovation that creates a three-dimensional layered visual effect on a seamless, sculpted glass back.

This is paired with the Dynamic Stellar Ring Design — a square-ring camera module that produces a halo-like effect under direct light and blends smoothly into the rear panel.

All-Round Armour Body -

To enhance durability, OPPO has equipped the Reno15 series with its All-Round Armour Body structure, built around two key technologies:

• Sponge Bionic Cushioning - Inspired by the shock-absorbing structure of sea sponges, this internal design helps disperse impact energy from drops, protecting critical internal components.

The Reno15 is equipped with a versatile triple-camera setup featuring a 50MP Sony main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens. On the front, it sports a high-resolution 50MP selfie camera.

The flagship models — OPPO Reno15 Pro 5G and OPPO Reno15 Pro Mini 5G — are headlined by a 200MP Ultra-Clear primary camera, designed to retain exceptional detail even when images are heavily cropped or reframed during post-processing.

Supporting the main sensor, the Pro models feature a comprehensive camera system:

• 50MP Telephoto Portrait Camera - With 3.5× optical zoom (approximately 85mm focal length), this lens uses telephoto compression to produce natural-looking bokeh and bring background elements closer to the subject.
• 50MP Ultra-Wide Camera - Offering a 100° field of view, this sensor is ideal for landscapes and group photos, enhanced by OPPO’s “Golden Ultra-Wide Portrait” algorithms to minimize edge distortion.
• Ultra-Clear Group Photo - This software-based feature processes each face in a group shot individually, ensuring consistent sharpness and balanced lighting across different depths.

PureTone Technology and AI Features -

A major highlight of the Reno15 series is OPPO’s new PureTone Technology. Instead of aggressively separating subjects from their surroundings, PureTone analyzes the entire scene to balance light and texture more naturally. It is specifically optimized for a wide range of Indian skin tones, delivering accurate and consistent colors in both indoor and outdoor conditions.

The lineup also introduces AI Editor 3.0, which brings several intelligent tools:

• AI Portrait Glow - Automatically analyzes scene lighting and applies virtual lighting styles such as Studio, Rim, or Natural light.

The primary rear camera also uses a Dual Conversion Gain (DCG) system, which captures dual gain levels in a single frame to enhance dynamic range, reduce noise in low light, and maintain accurate skin tones.

The smartphones run ColorOS 16, powered by the new Trinity Engine and Luminous Rendering Engine, and OPPO promises 5 major ColorOS updates and 6 years of security patches.

In terms of battery, the Reno15 and Reno15 Pro pack 6500mAh units, while the Reno15 Pro Mini comes with a 6200mAh battery. All three support 80W fast charging, and the Reno15 Pro additionally offers 50W wireless charging.
