itel S23+ launched in India at Rs.13,999; New Update Introduces Dynamic Bar and Camera Enhancements

itel introduced the S23+ smartphone in September featuring a 3D Curved AMOLED screen. Recently, a new OTA Update has been deployed for Indian users, enhancing their experience with the device. The highlight of the update is the addition of the Dynamic Bar, which streamlines the user interface of the itel S23+.

This feature provides quick and easy access to essential functionalities such as face unlock, background call, charging animation, charge completion reminder, and low battery reminder. According to the company, this implementation results in a smoother and more efficient user experience.

Additionally, the update introduces an AR measure feature and includes camera optimizations aimed at enhancing the smartphone's camera performance, leading to improved photo and video quality. Expanding its functionality, the update incorporates support for cell broadcast, aligning the itel S23+ with the specific requirements and regulations of the Indian market. The inclusion of cell broadcasts is particularly significant for disseminating emergency alerts and information to the public, contributing to the safety and convenience of Indian users.

The Itel S23+ comes equipped with a 6.78-inch FHD+ 3D Curved AMOLED display that incorporates an in-display fingerprint scanner. The device features a 32MP selfie camera housed within a punch hole. Under the hood, it is powered by the Unisoc T616 4G SoC, coupled with 8GB of RAM (with an extra 8GB of virtual RAM), offering ample performance.
