Infinix Note 50x launching in India on March 27 priced under Rs.12,000 with Next-Generation Smart LED Ring

    Update - Infinix has announced that the NOTE 50x 5G+ will debut in the sub-Rs. 12,000 price range. The smartphone will feature a 5,500mAh "SolidCore" battery with 2,300 charge cycles, 45W fast charging, and 10W reverse wired charging.

    It will also include a 50MP camera capable of recording 4K videos, MIL-STD-810H certification, and will be available in Sea Breeze Green with a vegan leather back, as well as Enchanted Purple and Titanium Grey color options.

    Last week, Infinix confirmed that the NOTE 50x 5G+ will be the first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC. It will feature four high-performance Cortex-A78 cores clocked up to 2.5GHz, paired with the Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, which is expected to support 90FPS gaming.

    Additionally, the device will run XOS 15 based on Android 15. According to Infinix, “XOS 15 on the NOTE 50x 5G+ is designed to deliver a seamless combination of aesthetics and productivity, while Infinix AI enhances user interactions with the device.”

    Earlier - Infinix India began teasing the upcoming samrtphone in the Note 50 series, the Infinix Note 50x, ahead of its official launch later this month. Scheduled for release on March 27, the device highlights its innovative “Active Halo Lighting” system.

    This next-generation smart lighting feature incorporates an LED ring that dynamically adapts to user actions. According to early reports, the lighting system will respond to notifications, function as a selfie timer, indicate charging status, and provide visual feedback during game launches.

    Beyond its lighting innovation, the Note 50x is expected to boast a premium design with a distinctive “gem-cut” octagonal camera module—a first in its segment in the Indian market—enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.

    The inclusion of Active Halo Lighting and the gem-cut module underscores Infinix’s emphasis on design innovation and interactive features. More details on the device’s full specifications are expected closer to launch.

    Recently spotted on TUV Certification, the Note 50x is confirmed to house a 5,100mAh battery. After its launch, the smartphone will be available for purchase on Flipkart.
