HUAWEI Pura X launched with 6.3-inch 16:10 foldable and 3.5-inch outer 1-120Hz LTPO OLED screens
HUAWEI has launched its latest flip smartphone, the HUAWEI Pura X featuring a distinctive 6.3-inch foldable OLED display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. Additionally, it comes with a 3.5-inch outer OLED screen boasting a 1:1 aspect ratio. Both displays support a 1-120Hz LTPO 2.0 adaptive refresh rate and 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
The phone is equipped with a powerful camera setup, including a 50MP RYYB main sensor with an f/1.6 aperture, a 40MP RYYB ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and an 8MP telephoto camera offering 3.5x optical zoom. It also features a 1.5MP multi-spectral channel red maple primary color camera.
Built with durability in mind, the Pura X incorporates a composite super-tough laminated structure, a titanium alloy support layer, UTG glass, and a basalt water-drop hinge. It is rated IPX8 for water resistance up to 2 meters. The device supports second-generation Lingxi communication (5A speed), Tiantong satellite communication, and an advanced ultra-cold three-dimensional heat dissipation system.
Running on HarmonyOS 5, HUAWEI claims the Pura X delivers a 40% boost in overall performance while offering enhanced security through its Star Shield architecture. The phone includes features such as hovering photography, dual-screen photography, mirror selfies, and a range of AI-powered imaging capabilities.
The device is powered by a dual silicon-carbon negative electrode battery with a total capacity of 4,720mAh that supports 66W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging.

Pricing and Availability -
The HUAWEI Pura X is available in Moon Shadow Gray, Zero White, and Magic Night Black colour options. Additionally, a limited Collector’s Edition is offered in Stylish Red and Stylish Green, featuring a leather back. The phone is currently open for pre-orders and will officially go on sale in China starting March 30th.
