HUAWEI to launch Watch GT6 Series and New MatePad Tablets at “Ride the Wind” Event on September 19 Globally
HUAWEI has announced a “Ride the Wind” launch event set to take place in Paris on September 19, 2025, where the company is expected to unveil multiple new products. The teaser suggests that smartwatches will be the highlight, with the much-anticipated HUAWEI Watch GT6 series likely making its debut as the successor to last year’s GT5 and GT5 Pro.
The Watch GT6 lineup has already appeared in certification listings, including the UAE’s TDRA and Malaysia’s SIRIM. The models include ATM-B29 (GT6 Pro 46mm), KSU-B19 (GT6 41mm), and ATM-B19 (GT6 46mm). For reference, the GT5 and GT5 Pro were launched around the same time last year.
In addition to wearables, HUAWEI is also expected to expand its global tablet portfolio. The MatePad Air 12 and the MatePad 11.5″ S 2025, both of which were recently introduced in China, are anticipated to be announced for international markets at the Paris event.
With new smartwatches and tablets on the way, HUAWEI’s upcoming event promises to deliver a comprehensive showcase of the company’s latest innovations, spanning from wearables to larger-screen devices.
