Acer Teased AcerPure Smartphones Set to Launch in India on March 25
Last year, Indkal Technologies partnered with Acer Incorporated to introduce Acer-branded smartphones, which would be designed, manufactured, and distributed in India. Initially planned for a late 2024 launch, the release has now been confirmed for March 25, 2025, as indicated by a newly unveiled promotional poster.
The promo image showcases an astronaut floating in space against a dark backdrop, encircled by a glowing ring. The phrase “The Next Horizon” is prominently displayed alongside the Acer logo. At the time of the announcement, the company stated that Acer smartphones would be priced between ₹15,000 and ₹50,000, with a focus on delivering premium-quality devices featuring robust specifications, advanced hardware, and cutting-edge software technologies for Indian consumers.
Earlier this January, the Acer India website listed the Acerone Liquid S162E4 and Acerone Liquid S272E4 smartphones under the Acerpure branding. These devices featured budget-friendly 4G specifications, including a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC, an HD+ display, and a 5000mAh battery. However, it remains unclear whether these will be the models launched.
Following the launch, Acer smartphones will be available for purchase on Amazon.in, with more details expected in the coming weeks.
