Mid-range Galaxy TabQ from Samsung has gone official in China. It features a 7-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) TFT display, powered by an unknown 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. The amount of RAM has also been withheld. The Galaxy TabQ is just 8.9mm thin.
