Sony BRAVIA 7 II launched in India with 55/65/75/85/98-inch 4K 120Hz RGB Mini LED TVs, True RGB Backlight, Dolby Vision
Sony has launched its new BRAVIA 7II television series in India, featuring True RGB technology designed to deliver enhanced colour accuracy, improved contrast, and higher brightness levels. The lineup is available in 55-inch (140 cm), 65-inch (165 cm), 75-inch (190 cm), and 85-inch (215 cm) screen sizes, while a larger 98-inch (248 cm) model is expected to launch in June 2026.
The BRAVIA 7II series is powered by RGB Backlight Master Drive Pro™ technology, which independently controls red, green, and blue LEDs for more precise backlight management. According to Sony, this technology enables richer colour reproduction, deeper black levels, minimized blooming, and better contrast performance compared to conventional Mini LED televisions.
The TVs also feature RGB Triluminos Max™ with Luminance Booster for wider colour volume and enhanced brightness output. Smooth Colour Gradation technology helps create seamless transitions in both darker and brighter scenes, while X-Wide Angle Pro — available on 65-inch and larger models — maintains colour consistency and contrast from wider viewing angles.
At the core of the BRAVIA 7II lineup is Sony’s Cognitive Processor XR™, designed to process visuals in a way that mimics human perception for a more natural viewing experience.
In terms of design, the series follows Sony’s Harmonic Presence philosophy with an Immersive Frame design language. The 55-inch to 85-inch variants include the Mirage Stand, while the 98-inch model uses a T-Shape Stand.
