Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra with 16GB RAM Variant Available in Select Asian Markets

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S25 series, including the Galaxy S25 Ultra at its Galaxy Unpacked event yesterday, which will be available globally. As expected, all models in the series come with 12GB of RAM as the standard configuration in most markets, including India.

However, select Asian markets such as Korea, China, and Taiwan will also offer a 16GB RAM + 1TB storage variant of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. South Korea will have both the 12GB + 1TB and 16GB + 1TB models available.

In South Korea, the 12GB + 1TB model is priced at 2,127,400 won (USD 1,479 / INR 1,27,965 approx.), while the 16GB + 1TB variant is priced at 2,249,500 won (USD 1,564 / INR 1,35,310 approx.). The 16GB model is exclusively available in Titanium Jet Black and can only be purchased through Samsung's website.

In China and Taiwan, the 16GB + 1TB variant replaces the 12GB + 1TB model. It is available in all color options, including exclusive online colors in China, and is priced at 13,699 yuan (USD 1,881 / INR 1,62,740 approx.) in China. In Taiwan, the 16GB + 1TB model is priced at NT$ 56,900 (USD 1,737 / INR 1,50,280 approx.) and comes in Titanium Black and Titanium Sky Blue.

These models are already available for pre-order in these markets and will begin shipping on February 7th. It remains unclear whether Samsung plans to release the 16GB variant of the S25 Ultra in other regions in the future.
