REDMI Buds 6 Pro launched with 11mm dynamic driver, LHDC 5.0, up to 55dB ANC alongside REDMI Buds 6 Pro gaming edition

Xiaomi also launched its latest TWS earbuds, the REDMI Buds 6 Pro, along with the Redmi K80 series, during its recent event, as promised. These earbuds mark Xiaomi's first use of triple drivers, featuring a 6.7 mm piezoelectric ceramic dual driver and an 11 mm titanium-coated dynamic driver.

The acoustic performance has been significantly upgraded. According to Xiaomi, the treble is crisp and detailed, the midrange is rich, and the bass is powerful. Tuned by the "Xiaomi Golden Ears" team, the sound offers enhanced clarity, with up to a 10% increase in high-frequency loudness compared to the previous generation, enabling a layered experience for complex instrumentals.

The earbuds support spatial audio, MIHC, LDHC 5.0, and LC3 audio codecs. They include Deep Space Noise Reduction 2.0, providing up to 55dB noise reduction with a flagship-grade self-developed algorithm and a sliding adjustment feature. Additionally, the 3-mic AI ENC system is designed to block wind noise at speeds of up to 12m/s during calls. With up to 36 hours of total battery life, the earbuds also feature fast charging, delivering up to 2 hours of playback with just a 5-minute charge.

Xiaomi also introduced the REDMI Buds 6 Pro Gaming Edition, tailored for gamers. This version includes a low-latency flash connector 2.0, integrated storage, and various quick operation features. It boasts an ultra-low latency of 20ms, upgraded 67W fast charging, and support for the high-fidelity LHDC Lossless audio codec.

Notably, the gaming edition debuts Xiaomi's first wireless microphone function, offering a maximum transmission range of 130m while retaining all the audio technologies of the standard model.
