OnePlus 2 gets Oxygen OS 2.1.0 update with manual camera mode

If you are the proud owner of a OnePlus 2, you'll be glad to hear that OnePlus is rolling out Oxygen OS 2.1.0 update with a manual mode for the camera. The hype machine says that this is a pretty sizeable update with lots of bug fixes and improvements. I would like to see that fingerprint sensor behave better, hope that's addressed here.

Screen Size 5.5 inches (1080 x 1920 pixels, 401 ppi)
Camera Back: 13 MP, 2160p@30fps; Front: 5 MP
Processor Qualcomm MSM8994 Snapdragon 810
Memory 16/64 GB, 4/3 GB RAM
OS Android OS, v5.1.1 (Lollipop), OxygenOS
Dimension & Weight 151.8 x 74.9 x 9.85 mm, 175 g
Connectivity LTE, Fingerprint Sensor
Battery 3300 mAh

But from what we are hearing most of the updates are in the camera department, you now have a manual mode in camera to have better control over the image you want to take. There's RAW capture support for third party apps as well. You can now also change the display color tone to get the perfect white balance.

OnePlus 2 has been hard to get, that's been its biggest folly but the company has said they are ramping up production and invites will go through smoother now. At present the update is being rolled out in stages, so you might have to wait a bit longer. Do share your experience with the new OnePlus 2 update in the comment below.
