Moto X appears in both black and white press shots ahead of August 1st reveal

Here are the press shots of the Moto X in both black and white colors, its a departure from Motorola's recent design language with more curves and rounder surfaces, instead of sharp lines. The Moto X will have onscreen buttons rather than capacitive ones, and textured back cover.

In terms of specifications, that also leaked today, it will feature a 4.7-inch 720p display, 1.7 Ghz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8960DT processor with Adreno 320 GPU and 2GB RAM. There's also a 10.5-megapixel primary camera with 2.1-megapixel front-facing, along with 16GB of internal memory and Android 4.2.2 (Bummer! Not 4.3). Although the leak seems legit, but it would be unwise for Motorola, a Google Company to be behind the curve in terms of Android version as well, especially when most flagships today have 1080p displays and quad-core processors.
