Micromax Canvas Juice A77 Gaming Review
Let's face it, the only reason we are interested in the Micromax Canvas Juice A77 is the massive 3000 mAh battery. But apart from that it has 1 GB RAM as well and we wanted to see how it performs. So here's the Gaming Review of the Micromax Canvas Juice A77.
Much to our dismay, the Canvas Juice A77 does not support moving apps to the external SD card. Therefore you are left with about 672 MB to install your games and apps. Meaning you can't install a game which is larger than 672 MB even if your entire SD card was free. But we still tried to play as many games as we could including Subway Surfers, Riptide GP2, Dead Trigger 2, Frontline Commando, Shadow Gun and others.
Conclusion
We weren't able to push the Micromax Canvas Juice A77 to its limit in the gaming review since apps were not movable, but the games that we were able to play worked quite well. With one gig of RAM we thought that high-end games would work quite well too, since the MediaTek MT6572 chipset with MALI 400 GPU had already proved its mettle in the entry-level segment. But there's just no way to install them, other than rooting the phone.
All in all, the gaming performance was decent but the restriction on moving apps is something to consider when buying the phone if you are planning to do a bit of gaming.
