Lenovo Vibe K5 Note coming to India on July 20 with 5.5-inch 1080p Display
Lenovo is planning to launch the Vibe K5 Note on July 20th in India. It packs a 5.5-inch 1080p IPS display running on the Helio P10 octa-core SoC with 3GB RAM, 16GB expandable storage.
The Vibe K5 Note was launched with Android 5.1 Lollipop but we expect it to come with Android Marshmallow in India. The cameras on the phone seem to have been improved from the K4 Note with a 13MP rear camera with PDAF, f/2.2 aperture capable of recording 1080p videos. Then there's an 8MP front-facing camera here as well and a fingerprint sensor at the back.
But instead of dual front-firing speakers you now have a single speaker at the back on the K5 Note. The back on the phone is non-removable, nor is the 3500 mAh battery. But you still have Dolby Atmos for better sound throughput. Coming to connectivity options it has dual-SIM card slots, is capable of 4G with VoLTE support, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and FM Radio.
The Lenovo Vibe K5 Note was announced back in January and is finally making its way to India. Pricing will be the key here, given the huge competition in this space.
