Xiaomi 15S Pro to be launched on May 22 with Xiaomi XRING 01 SoC alongside Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra and Xiaomi YU7 Car
Xiaomi has officially announced that it will launch its latest flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi 15S Pro, during its 15th anniversary strategic product launch event on May 22 in China, under the theme “New Starting Point.”
Among the key highlights will be the debut of Xiaomi’s next-generation smartphone chip, the Xiaomi XRING 01, alongside several major product launches. These include the Xiaomi 15S Pro, an upgraded version of the Xiaomi 15 Pro, the Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, the company’s new flagship tablet, and the Xiaomi YU7, its next electric vehicle, first teased last year.
Xiaomi 15S Pro -
The Xiaomi 15S Pro, carrying the model number 25042PN24C, recently appeared in certifications revealing support for ultra-wideband (UWB) transmission and 90W max fast charging, as listed in China's 3C database. A Geekbench listing showed impressive benchmark scores—3119 single-core and 9673 multi-core—surpassing the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and rivaling the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
The listing also confirmed the use of the Xiaomi XRING 01 SoC, featuring a CPU configuration of:
- 2 × 3.9GHz cores
- 4 × 3.4GHz cores
- 2 × 1.89GHz cores
- 2 × 1.8GHz cores
The chip is paired with an Immortalis-G925 GPU clocked at 1.795GHz, and the phone will offer up to 16GB of RAM. Xiaomi has confirmed that the chip is built on a second-generation 3nm process.
Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra -
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, model number 25032RP42C, also passed through 3C certification with support for 120W wired charging. Earlier leaks suggest the tablet will feature a 14-inch large display, positioning it as a high-end productivity and multimedia device.
More official details are expected to be revealed at the launch event.
