Xiaomi 15 Ultra launched Globally with 6.73-inch 2K 120Hz LTPO AMOLED display, Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, Leica quad-cameras
Xiaomi has officially launched its latest Premium smartphone, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in the Global Market at MWC 2025, following its debut in China last week. The device boasts a 6.73-inch 2K TCL C9 OLED LTPO display with a peak brightness of 3200 nits, a variable refresh rate of 1-120Hz, and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Additionally, it features 1920Hz PWM dimming for enhanced eye comfort.
It runs on the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, is equipped with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and features Xiaomi’s advanced 3D Dual-Channel IceLoop cooling system, which covers an ultra-large 5100mm² area for superior thermal management. The Xiaomi 15 Ultra features a unibody metal frame and Xiaomi Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0 for added durability. The Chrome Silver variant incorporates aerospace-grade fiberglass and polyurethane leather, giving it a premium and classic aesthetic.
The camera system is a major highlight, featuring a 50MP Leica main sensor with a next-generation 1-inch ultra-large sensor, 14EV native dynamic range, and OIS. It is accompanied by a 50MP 115° Leica ultra-wide camera with a JN5 image sensor and 5cm super macro capabilities, a 50MP Leica telephoto camera with an IMX858 sensor supporting 3X floating telephoto and telephoto macro, and a powerful 200MP periscope telephoto camera with a 1/1.4-inch HP9 sensor and 4.3x optical zoom.
For videography, the phone offers 4K 120fps recording from its 100mm telephoto lens, 10-bit Log recording on all four cameras, and is the first Android ACES product partner, delivering industry-standard color accuracy and cinematic-quality footage. The global variant is equipped with a 5410mAh battery, slightly smaller than the 6000mAh version in China, but still supports 90W wired charging, 80W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
Additionally, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit Edition includes an innovative detachable shutter button, a thumb rest, a signature red decorative ring, a custom-designed UI for Fastshot mode, a removable thumb support, shutter buttons, a multifunctional 67mm filter adapter ring, and an integrated 2000mAh battery for extended shooting sessions.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is available in White, Black, and Chrome Silver color options, with the 16GB + 512GB variant starting at 1,499.99 Euros (approximately USD 1,556 / Rs. 1,36,130). The Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit is priced at 199.99 Euros (around USD 207 / Rs. 18,150).
The smartphone is already rolling out across multiple European markets, and Xiaomi has confirmed its India launch is set for March 11th.
