Vivo X300 series could launch on October 13 with Dimensity 9500 SoC, Dual UFS 4.1 Storage, 200MP Telephoto Lens

Vivo has been hinting at the arrival of the X300 series for a while now. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that the first Dimensity 9500-powered smartphone is expected to launch around October 13th, likely as part of the vivo X300 lineup.
Performance -

Earlier this week, vivo product manager Han Boxiao shared that the vivo X300 Pro scored over 4 million points on AnTuTu 11, claiming it to be the highest score achieved at room temperature. Since the latest version of AnTuTu brings major changes, the scores tend to be higher.
Vivo X300 is the Successor to the X200 Pro mini -
Han also confirmed that the vivo X300 is the direct successor to the X200 Pro mini. Despite lacking a suffix in its name, the X300 packs pro-grade features such as a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display, an APO periscope telephoto lens, a telephoto macro lens, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a high-performance USB port, exclusive BOE panel support, and 1-nit eye protection.

He added that the X300 carries forward the “pro DNA” of the series, delivering flagship-level performance in every aspect.
First Custom-Built Super Sense Vibration Motor -
The vivo X300 Pro debuts with a newly developed custom X-axis linear motor, the 751440. It features an enhanced structure, advanced electromagnetic technology, and specialized alloy materials. Despite being more compact and lighter, it delivers performance that surpasses the 0816 motor.

Its vibration strength is nearly on par with the 1016 motor, while offering 2.2 times the bandwidth of the previous 9595 generation. This makes it one of the most advanced vibration motors in the industry and the most powerful ever used in the X series.
vivo’s Universal Signal Amplifier Chipset -

The X300 Pro is also the world’s first smartphone to integrate a signal chip combination consisting of one communication booster chip alongside four Wi-Fi booster chips, greatly enhancing connectivity.
Unlike most devices that adopt either a communication booster or a Wi-Fi booster, the X300 Pro incorporates both, ensuring a significantly stronger and more stable signal experience.
World’s First High-Tech Storage Performance -

The vivo X300 Pro debuts the industry’s first dual UFS 4.1 4-Lane storage system. Unlike conventional single UFS 4.1 dual-channel read/write, it combines two UFS 4.1 quad-channels working in parallel.
This architecture boosts large file read and write speeds by over 70%, achieving an impressive peak speed of 8.6 Gb/s. Handling massive, high-resolution video files becomes effortless. For now, this breakthrough remains exclusive to the X300 Pro, regardless of chipset platform.
Despite these advancements, both the X300 and X300 Pro measure just 7mm at their thinnest point.
Camera -

Vivo has confirmed that the X300 series adopts the same blue glass technology seen in the X200 Ultra, along with Zeiss T* coating for superior stray light and ghosting control.
The X300 Pro is equipped with an exclusive 200MP HPB sensor for its telephoto lens — the fourth generation of vivo’s 200MP HPB telephoto technology. It also houses a 50MP LYT828 1/1.28″ gimbal-grade main camera with a wide f/1.57 aperture.

The X300 features a 50MP Zeiss APO periscope telephoto lens paired with a custom LYT-602 sensor, Zeiss T* coating, and telephoto macro support.

Across the lineup, the X300 series includes a Zeiss 50MP ultra-clear AF front camera with a 92° wide-angle lens and autofocus.
More details are expected to surface in the coming days.
