TECNO POVA Curve 5G launched in India starting at Rs.15,999 with 6.78-inch FHD+ 144Hz 3D curved AMOLED screen, Dimensity 7300 Ultimate SoC
TECNO has launched its first smartphone in its new Curve series, the TECNO POVA Curve 5G in India, as previously announced. It features a 6.78-inch FHD+ 3D curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It's powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset, paired with up to 8GB of physical RAM and an additional 8GB of virtual RAM.
Running HiOS 15 based on Android 15, TECNO has committed to providing an Android 16 upgrade and two years of security updates. The device also includes the company’s Ella AI suite, offering features like Multilingual Support, AI Call Assistant, AI Auto Answer, and AI Voiceprint Noise Suppression.
For connectivity, the POVA Curve 5G supports 5G++, VoWiFi Dual Pass, and includes an Intelligent Signal Hub System to enhance network performance. Camera-wise, it comes with a 64MP main rear camera using the Sony IMX682 sensor, a secondary rear camera, and a 13MP front-facing camera. Both front and rear cameras support 4K video recording. The device is also rated IP64 for dust and water resistance.
Despite its slim 7.45mm profile and starship-inspired design, the phone houses a large 5500mAh battery. It supports 45W fast charging (charger included in the box), capable of reaching 100% in just 45 minutes, and features bypass charging for improved thermal management.
