Sony Xperia Z5 Premium Dual with 4K display, Snapdragon 810 launched in India
Sony's latest flagship is here in India. The Xperia Z5 Premium Dual is the first smartphone in the world to feature a 4K display, thats 2160x3840 pixels on a 5.5-inch display.
After that sinks in, lets talk about the rest of the specs. You again have the Snapdragon 810 octacore processor powering the innards with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. Android 5.1 Lollipop runs the show here.
Sony has made a new camera sensor for the Xperia Z5 series. It has a 23MP sensor, f/2.0 aperture and is capable of recording 4K videos. There is a 5MP front facing camera here as well. The company has continued with its glass and metal construction with the Z5 Premium as well. It is IP68 rated for dust and water resistance.
With Premium in the name you might have guessed its not going to come cheap. The Xperia Z5 Premium has been priced at Rs. 62,990 and will be available starting November 7th through all major retail outlets.
