Samsung Gear S2 and Gear Fit 2 will soon be compatible with your iPhone
Samsung has been talking about bringing support for iOS to its new Tizen based Gear line-up and its finally here. The company has just started an iOS beta program for the Gear 2 and Gear Fit 2.
You need to have an iPhone 5 or later running iOS 8.4 or above to be eligible for participation in the program. But at present participation is only limited to Samsung's home country, South Korea. The cellular variant of the Gear S2 is also supported. To participate just head over to the source link before September 19th, fill in your details and then you will get instructions on how to install the Gear app on your iPhone and pair your device with it.
Its great to see Samsung living up to its promise, even though it took eight months to get here and the new Gear S3 is right around the corner.
