Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra Images and Specs Surfaced Online with Smaller Notch, Dimensity 9400 SoC, Slimmer Design

Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra image specs leak.

Samsung's upcoming flagship tablet, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra surfaced, revealing images and key specs, which show a single front-facing camera. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, along with the Tab S9 Ultra and Tab S10 Ultra, all featured dual front-facing cameras. While useful, this design forced Samsung to adopt a wide notch, something many users weren’t fond of.

Thanks to the tablet’s thin bezels, the camera will still sit in a notch, but this time it’s far less intrusive. The redesigned semicircular notch occupies only a small portion of the expansive 14.6-inch OLED display.

Reports indicate Samsung is using a new display panel, though the resolution remains 2,960 × 1,848 pixels. Improvements such as higher brightness are possible. On the back, the tablet houses a dual-camera setup consisting of a wide and an ultra-wide lens.

    Performance -

According to WinFuture, the Tab S11 Ultra will be powered by the Dimensity 9400 chipset, not the 9400+ as some earlier leaks suggested. The difference isn’t major—the 9400+ offers a slightly higher Cortex-X925 clock speed (3.73GHz vs. 3.63GHz) and about a 20% NPU boost.

The device is expected to ship with 12GB RAM in the base model, with options going up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. It will run Android 16 with One UI 8, marking the first time Samsung’s new interface will be optimized for tablets—though its enhancements for large screens remain to be seen. At just 5.1mm thick, the Tab S11 Ultra will be slimmer than its predecessor while packing a larger 11,600mAh battery (compared to 11,200mAh on the Tab S10 Ultra). Charging speeds, however, remain unchanged at 45W.

    Launch Timeline -

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is expected to debut at IFA in early September, where Samsung will officially unveil its next-gen flagship tablet.
