Samsung’s upcoming flagship tablet in the S11 series, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, has appeared on the Geekbench listing, revealing several key specifications, most notably, its MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset.

Listed under model number SM-X736B, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra will be powered by MediaTek’s latest 3nm octa-core 5G SoC, the Dimensity 9400+, which succeeds the Dimensity 9300+ used in the previous Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.

The chipset features a 1+3+4 CPU architecture, comprising a prime Arm Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.73 GHz, three performance cores running at 3.30 GHz, and four efficiency cores at 2.40 GHz. It also includes a 12-core Arm Immortalis-G925 GPU and the MediaTek NPU 890 for AI processing.

In the Geekbench test, the tablet scored 1420 in the single-core test and 5312 in the multi-core test — notably lower than other devices equipped with the same SoC, which typically score around 2,945 (single-core) and 9,184 (multi-core). This discrepancy is likely due to testing on a pre-production unit.

Additional features expected from this flagship chip include tri-band Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth with dual-engine support, and more. The tablet is also set to feature at least 12GB of RAM to handle AI-centric tasks and will ship with Android 16 pre-installed.

Based on Samsung’s usual release pattern, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is likely to debut in September 2025. More details about its specs and launch timeline are expected to emerge in the coming months.
