Samsung Galaxy S5 leaks in full glory, is waterproof, has a 16 MP camera and fingerprint sensor
Right at the doorstep of the MWC event, the Samsung Galaxy S5 has broken cover before the actual unveiling. You can see the Galaxy S5 above, it features a 5.25-inch 2560 x 1440 pixels 2K display, a fingerprint sensor in the physical home button, 16 MP camera at the back. The Galaxy S 5 is waterproof as well with IP67 certification. Its a bit larger than the Galaxy S4 which you can see in the image below. Then there's the new backcover. Nope, not the faux leather one, its glossy again but textured.
The overall design of the Galaxy S5 has changed a bit as well, there's visible differences here. The Galaxy S5 is more rectangular than the Galaxy S4.
The software too provides a much flatter UI than before which can be seen in the S Health and Download Booster apps.
The Download Booster will allow you to download files larger than 30 MB using both the LTE and WiFi connection together.
Samsung's Unpacked 5 event has been scheduled for 8 AM CET/ 11 AM PST. So stay tuned, there's lot more to see.
