Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Appeared on Geekbench Listing Revealing Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy SoC, Android 15
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938B) benchmarks have appeared on the Geekbench listing revealing the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy with 12GB of RAM, and Android 15. The phone achieved a single-core score of 3011 and a multi-core score of 9706, which are slightly lower than the recently leaked benchmarks of the OnePlus 13 with the standard Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy features two prime cores clocked at 4.47GHz, higher than the standard model's 4.32GHz, and six performance cores at 3.53GHz. This marks the debut of Qualcomm’s self-developed Nuvia CPU architecture.
The device is expected to include an Adreno 830 GPU, clocked at up to 1250MHz, and utilize TSMC’s 3nm process. Although only the 12GB RAM variant was revealed in the benchmark, a 16GB version is also rumoured.
While we await the Galaxy S25 series release next year, the Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro are expected to be the first phones powered by this chip, following its debut at the Snapdragon Summit 2024, starting on October 21st.
