Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge launched Globally with 6.7-inch 2K 120Hz AMOLED display, 200MP Camera, 5.8mm Titanium body
Samsung has officially launched its first ultra-slim smartphone in the S series, the Galaxy S25 Edge in the Global Market during an online launch event, just as it had previously announced. It features a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a variable refresh rate of 1–120Hz, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2.
Boasting a titanium frame, the phone is remarkably slim at just 5.8mm and lightweight at 163 grams. It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset, consistent with the rest of the S25 lineup. Samsung highlighted the redesigned vapor chamber, which is now thinner yet wider to ensure more efficient heat dissipation. The phone is also IP68-rated for water and dust resistance.
On the camera front, the Galaxy S25 Edge includes a 200MP main sensor that delivers up to 40% better brightness in low-light conditions compared to the standard Galaxy S25. It’s complemented by a 12MP ultra-wide lens with autofocus, enabling detailed macro shots.
Running Android 15 with One UI 7, the device is equipped with advanced AI capabilities, including multimodal AI agents that can interpret text, speech, images, and videos. Samsung has committed to providing 7 generations of OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates for the Galaxy S25 series, continuing its long-term support approach from previous models.
It also features Google's Circle to Search and Samsung’s Galaxy AI tools aimed at enhancing communication, productivity, and creativity—such as Call Transcript, Writing Assist, Drawing Assist, and Audio Eraser. It is powered by a 3900mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging and also has Qi wireless charging, Wireless PowerShare.

Pricing and Availability -
The Galaxy S25 Edge comes in Titanium Silver, Titanium Jetblack, and Titanium Icy Blue. It will be available from May 30th in several countries, and pre-orders have started now. India pricing should be available later today.
