Samsung Galaxy M36 5G Launching in India Soon with AI Features and Price under Rs.20,000

Samsung India has officially announced the upcoming launch of its popular Galaxy M series smartphones, the Galaxy M36 5G, the successor to the Galaxy M35. Originally launched in 2019, the M series is proudly positioned as both "Made in India" and "Made for India," according to the company.

The Galaxy M36 5G will sport a lightweight, modern design with updated colors and finishes. Samsung also teased segment-leading AI features designed to enhance everyday user experiences.

Though the full specifications haven’t been disclosed yet, a recent Geekbench listing provides some insight:

• Processor - Exynos 1380 (same as Galaxy M35)
• Performance Scores - 1006 (single-core), 2929 (multi-core)
• RAM - At least 8GB
• Software - Ships with One UI 7

Details such as the phone's display, camera setup, and battery capacity remain unconfirmed.

Pricing and Availability -

The Galaxy M36 5G will launch exclusively on Amazon India as part of its ‘Amazon Specials’ lineup. A teaser page is already live, featuring a ‘Notify Me’ option, which suggests a price point of under Rs.20,000. Given that the Galaxy M35 launched around the same period last year, the M36 5G is likely to arrive by July 2025.
