Samsung Galaxy C10 Plus surfaces online, Snapdragon 660, 6GB RAM in tow
Last year we heard that Samsung was going to launch the Galaxy C10 and the C10 Plus. We also saw a couple of live images of the dual-camera C10 Plus, but the phone was never launched. Now, the Galaxy C10 Plus (SM-C9100) has surfaced online again on AnTuTu revealing some key specifications.
From the listing, it's clear that the phone will come with a 1080p display, which should be a super AMOLED panel. The C10 Plus is expected to run on the Snapdragon 660 octa-core mobile platform with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
For now, the listing shows that the phone runs on Android 7.1 Nougat. Samsung hasn't yet updated any smartphone to Oreo, so it really isn't a surprise here. Although there is no specific detail about the cameras on the phone, we do know that the C10 Plus will come with dual rear cameras.
We will get to see a unibody metal design similar to the C9 Pro here as well. A separate Bixby button for Samsung's AI assistant is not out of the question either.
While there is no mention of battery capacity, Samsung may pack a 4000 mAh battery with fast charging support. The company recently launched the Galaxy A8+ which also packs similar specifications, but front facing dual cameras. It also has IP68 dust and water resistance.
