REDMI Watch 6 launched with 2.07-inch AMOLED screen, HyperOS 3, up to 24 days battery life

Xiaomi has launched its latest smartwatch, the REDMI Watch 6 in China alongside the REDMI K90 series. The smartwatch sports a 2.07-inch AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate, 82% screen-to-body ratio, and 2000 nits peak brightness.

It features 2mm ultra-narrow bezels, a 324 PPI pixel density, and uses upgraded IC/EL light-emitting materials for enhanced indoor visibility. The device supports dual-button interaction—a single press opens the Control Center, a long press brings up the Quick Menu, and a triple press triggers the emergency contact function.

The watch has a 9.9mm thin integrated design, crafted from aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, offering 20% higher structural strength and 40% greater wear resistance. It also supports quick-release straps, with optional Kona leather magnetic straps available separately.

Customization and Battery Life -

The REDMI Watch 6 offers customizable watch faces, including fashion-adaptive themes and floating portrait dials that overlay above the time (portrait dials require Xiaomi HyperOS). It packs a 550mAh battery, delivering up to 24 days of standby in basic mode, 12 days of typical mixed use, and 7 days with Always-On Display enabled.

Enhanced Vibration and Communication -

The smartwatch features a linear motor offering over 20 refined vibration patterns for notifications, alarms, and health reminders. Users can also send quick replies on WeChat, QQ, and SMS using voice input, preset responses, or emojis.
