Redmi Turbo 4 launched with 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC, IP66+IP68+IP69 ratings
Xiaomi has officially launched its latest smartphone in its Turbo series, the Redmi Turbo 4 in China, as promised. The smartphone features a 6.67-inch 120Hz LTPS OLED display with an impressive peak brightness of up to 3200 nits.
This is the first device powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC, complemented by 5000mm² stainless steel VC cooling and an ultra-thin 3D IceLoop system. It offers configurations with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage.
Design -
The Redmi Turbo 4 boasts a 2.5D micro-arc frame for a sleek and comfortable grip, paired with a glass back, plastic frame, and all-metal camera deco. Its design incorporates piano paint craftsmanship and a whirlwind double-ring light strip. Additionally, it is rated IP66, IP68, and IP69 for dust and water resistance, and measures just 8.06mm thick.
Camera -
The phone features a dual-camera setup, including a 50MP Sony LTY-600 primary sensor with f/1.5 aperture and OIS, alongside an 8MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, there’s a 20MP selfie camera. For navigation, it includes dual-frequency GPS and triple-frequency Beidou, ensuring a stronger and more reliable signal.
Battery and Charging -
The device houses a massive 6550mAh carbon-silicon battery, the largest ever in a Xiaomi phone. It supports 90W fast charging, achieving a full charge in just 45 minutes. The battery promises exceptional longevity, with 1600 charge cycles over four years. An upgraded dual-boost cold-resistant chip ensures double durability, even in extreme temperatures as low as -35°C.
