Redmi Note 13 Pro listing on Geekbench with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 4nm SoC, 16GB RAM, Android 13 before the launch
Xiaomi recently confirmed that the Redmi Note 13 Pro will be the first smartphone to utilize the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 4nm SoC. Benchmarks for the phone, identified with the model number 2312CRAD3C, have now emerged on Geekbench, providing concrete performance details, including 16GB of RAM.
The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 boasts 4 Cortex A78 cores running at 2.4GHz and 4 Cortex A55 cores operating at 1.96GHz. Qualcomm has officially announced its support for UFS 4.0 and LPDDR5 RAM. The SoC is equipped with the Adreno 710 GPU, which is also featured in the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.
With single-core scores of 1012 and multi-core scores of 2943, these results align with previous rumors suggesting that the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2's performance will fall within the range of the Snapdragon 778G/778G+/782G, as they share a similar architecture with differences primarily in clock speeds.
This indicates that the Redmi Note 13 Pro is likely to be more affordable compared to phones powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, such as the Redmi Note 12 Turbo or POCO F5.
Additionally, the Geekbench listing has also unveiled the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ with the model number Xiaomi 23090RA98C, powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200-ultra. It features the same configuration of 2 Cortex-A715 cores at 2.8GHz and 6 Cortex-A510 cores at 2.0GHz as the Dimensity 7200, along with 16GB of RAM. The benchmark results align with the performance of other devices equipped with the Dimensity 7200 chipset.
