REDMI K Pad launched with 8.8-inch 3K 165Hz display, Dimensity 9400+ SoC, 6.46mm sleek metal body
Xiaomi has launched its latest flagship compact tablet, the REDMI K Pad at an event in China, as previously promised. The device features an 8.8-inch customized LCD screen with a 3K resolution, 165Hz refresh rate, and 700 nits peak HBM brightness.
It runs on the Dimensity 9400+ SoC and features a massive 12,050mm² aluminum alloy liquid-cooled vapor chamber, along with a chip-centered architecture that significantly enhances thermal efficiency. The tablet also supports Android’s first 3K full-frame gaming experience.
For audio and haptics, it includes a newly designed ultra-thin “four-voice coil symmetrical dual speaker” system and dual X-axis linear motors. It also introduces Xiaomi’s first triple-antenna concurrent architecture to minimize gaming latency. The REDMI K Pad packs a 7500mAh battery and debuts Xiaomi’s first dual USB-C ports along with Bypass Charging Plus technology.
