Nubia RedMagic 6R launched with 6.67-inch FHD+ 144Hz AMOLED display, Snapdragon 888 SoC, up to 12GB RAM
RedMagic has launched its latest flagship 5G gaming smartphone the RedMagic 6R in China. It has a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate, which has an adaptive refresh rate that can be switched between 30Hz / 60Hz / 90Hz / 120Hz / 144Hz and has a 400Hz single finger touch sampling rate and 360Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate.
It runs on the flagship Snapdragon 888 processor with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, 256GB storage, 5G SA/NSA, VC liquid cooling, and graphene heat dissipation technology and works on RedMagic OS 4.0 based on Android 11. It has a quad rear camera setup where a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary camera along with an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide lens, 5MP macro camera, and 2MP depth sensor. The front side has a 16MP punch-hole front-facing camera.
The phone also has 400Hz dual shoulder gaming triggers, Stereo speakers, and has In-display fingerprint sensor. It is powered by a 4200mAh battery that supports 55W fast charging, but the global version will come with only 30W fast charging.

The Nubia RedMagic 6R comes in Black and Silver colors and there is also a Victorious Fighting Buddha Special Edition with a Black and Yellow finish along with matching themes and wallpaper. It will get a 300 yuan discount when it will be available for the first time in China on June 1st. The phone will available globally in early June.
