iQOO Neo11 Ultra launched with 6.83-inch 2K 144Hz OLED display, Dimensity 9500M SoC, IP69 ratings, 9100mAh battery

iQOO has officially launched its newest performance-focused smartphone, the iQOO Neo11 Ultra at its latest product launch event in China following the company’s earlier announcement.

Design and Ergonomics

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra features a horizontal camera Deco design aimed at providing a more secure grip during landscape gaming. The handset sports a 9.13mm large R-angle curve, an AG micro-frosted matte glass rear panel, and a low-temperature matte metal frame designed to reduce fingerprints and improve grip.

The smartphone is offered in three colour options:

• Wind Chaser
• Shadow Black
• Light White

Performance, Cooling, and Display

The Neo11 Ultra is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500M processor, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra memory offering speeds of up to 9600 Mbps and UFS 4.1 storage. It also features iQOO’s Q2 gaming chip, which enables native-level 2K super-resolution and works alongside the new Monster engine.

For sustained performance, the device uses an 8K Ice Dome 3D VC liquid cooling system to help manage heat during demanding gaming and other intensive workloads.

On the front, the smartphone features a 6.83-inch 2K LTPS display based on Visionox F2 luminescent material. Key display specifications include:

• Refresh Rate: 144Hz
• Brightness: 2000 nits full-screen brightness, 4500 nits local peak brightness, and a minimum brightness of 1 nit, with a 98% first-frame brightness ratio.
• Eye Care and Touch: Circularly Polarized Light 2.0 technology reduces harmful blue light to 5%, while an ultra-sensitive touch chip supports a 500Hz multi-finger touch sampling rate.

Camera System

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra features a dual-camera setup on the rear and a single front-facing camera. The camera system is powered by the NICE Algorithm 2.0 and supports classic focal lengths along with three film profiles: positive, negative, and clear blue.

• Main Camera: 50MP Sony LYTIA 700V sensor with a 1/1.56-inch sensor size, Optical Image Stabilization, and CIPA 4.5-level stabilization.
• Ultra-Wide Camera: 8MP OmniVision OV08F10 sensor with a 1/4-inch sensor size.
• Front Camera: 16MP Gekko GC16B3 sensor with a 1/3.1-inch sensor size.

Battery Life and Charging

The smartphone packs a 9100mAh Blue Ocean Battery, making it the largest battery ever featured in the iQOO Neo series. The battery uses fourth-generation silicon anode technology and offers an energy density of 886Wh/L.

The Neo11 Ultra supports 100W fast charging along with Global Direct Drive Power Supply 2.0. According to iQOO’s official testing, the phone can deliver:

• Up to 13.7 hours of continuous MOBA gaming.
• Up to 23 hours of continuous short-video streaming.
• Up to 56% remaining battery after a simulated nine-hour daily student usage scenario.

Durability, Connectivity, and Software

The iQOO Neo11 Ultra comes with an aviation-grade aluminium frame and reinforced high-durability glass. The device has passed national military-standard impact resistance testing and has also undergone 1.2-metre drop tests onto marble surfaces, highlighting its focus on durability.
