POCO X7 Pro launched in India starting at Rs.27,999 with 6.67-inch 1.5K 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC, 6550mAh battery
POCO has officially launched its latest mid-flagship smartphone in the X7 series, the POCO X7 Pro in India along with the POCO X7 5G smartphone, as promised. The smartphone features a 6.67-inch 120Hz LTPS OLED display with an impressive 3200 nits peak brightness.
It is among the first devices to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra SoC and incorporates 5000mm² stainless steel VC cooling with an ultra-thin 3D IceLoop system for efficient thermal management. The phone offers up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Running on Android 15 with Hyper OS 2, it includes several AI-driven features such as AI Notes, AI Recorder, AI Interpreter, and AI Subtitles. POCO guarantees 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates.
For photography, the POCO X7 Pro is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, featuring a 50MP Sony LTY-600 primary sensor with an f/1.5 aperture, OIS, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, it has a 20MP camera for selfies. The POCO Yellow variant boasts a vegan leather finish. The device is built for durability with IP66, IP68 dustproof and waterproof ratings, and IP69 certification.
The phone packs a 6550mAh carbon-silicon battery, the largest ever in a POCO phone. It supports 90W fast charging, capable of fully charging the device in just 45 minutes. The battery is designed for longevity, promising 1600 charge cycles over four years for an ultra-long service life.
