OPPO Find X9 and Find X9 Pro launched with 6.59/6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 9500 SoC, 7025mAh/7500mAh battery

OPPO has launched its latest flagship smartphones, the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, at an event in China, as promised. Both models are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC paired with up to 16GB of RAM and feature an ultra-large-area VC cooling system for improved thermal performance.

The Find X9 is offered in Silk White, Titanium Grey, and Velvet Red, while the Find X9 Pro adds an exclusive Space Black finish. All variants come with a refined matte glass back and a matte aluminum frame, giving them a premium and elegant design.

Display -

The Find X9 features a 6.59-inch 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED flat display from Tianma, with ultra-narrow 1.15mm bezels on all sides, rounded corners, and an ultra-thin camera module. The Find X9 Pro, on the other hand, features a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO micro-curved AMOLED screen with the same 1.15mm bezels. Both devices are protected by OPPO Crystal Shield glass on the front and back, ensuring added durability.

Camera -

In terms of cameras, the Find X9 features a 32MP Sony front sensor, while its rear setup comprises a 50MP Sony LYT-808 main camera, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens utilizing the Sony LYT-600 sensor, along with a multi-spectral lens for enhanced color accuracy. The Find X9 Pro features a 50MP Samsung front sensor and a triple rear camera system consisting of a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide, and a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with the Samsung HP5 sensor, also paired with a multi-spectral lens.

Both models are powered by OPPO’s new LUMO Super Pixel Engine, which utilizes parallel heterogeneous computing to deliver high-quality image output directly.

Video Capabilities -

The Find X9 series brings major upgrades to videography -

• 4K 120fps Dolby Vision HDR – Enables smooth 5x slow-motion video with portrait skin tone protection.
• 4K 120fps 10-bit Log – Offers ACES-certified 10-bit Log recording with Rec.709 color monitoring for professional workflows.
• Hasselblad Master Tones – Integrates Hasselblad’s signature color science directly into the Log recording process, giving creators more creative flexibility.

OPPO Find X9 Pro Hasselblad Teleconverter Kit -

OPPO has also unveiled the Hasselblad Professional Imaging Kit, also referred to as the Teleconverter Kit, designed exclusively for the Find X9 Pro. This imaging kit includes a magnetic protective case, Hasselblad professional teleconverter, magnetic photography handle, mobile phone shoulder strap, bracket, adapter ring, and other accessories. It will be available in limited quantities starting October 22nd.

A separate teleconverter-only kit, which excludes the photography handle, shoulder strap, and additional accessories, will go on sale in limited quantities in November.

When equipped with the Hasselblad professional teleconverter, the Find X9 Pro’s telephoto lens extends to an impressive 230mm super-telephoto equivalent with a large f/2.1 aperture. This enables 4K 60fps HDR video recording at super-telephoto range, with support for intelligent stage performance shooting. The kit also introduces super-telephoto Live Photos, allowing users to capture and output Live Photos during video recording at up to 4K resolution.

The lens employs a Kepler optical structure consisting of 13 all-glass spherical elements arranged in three groups, along with three extra-low dispersion glass elements, effectively reducing phase and chromatic aberrations for exceptional clarity. It features nine layers of PVD low-reflection coating to minimize glare and preserve light transmission, maintaining optimal image brightness. The lens body has an all-metal anodized finish adorned with the Hasselblad logo and comes with a signature Hasselblad lens cap design.

The Find X9 houses a 7025mAh fourth-generation silicon-carbon battery developed by OPPO, supporting 80W wired fast charging, 50W wireless charging, and 5W wireless reverse charging. The Find X9 Pro includes a slightly larger 7500mAh battery with identical charging capabilities. Both devices offer IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, feature ultra-linear dual speakers, four microphones, a triple Wi-Fi antenna system, an X-axis linear motor, and run ColorOS 16 based on Android 16 out of the box.
